In a suit by a student with Rett syndrome against a school district and its director of special education alleging various violations of her rights, dismissal of plaintiff's claims is affirmed where the claims were barred under the doctrine of claim preclusion, regardless of whether or not a settlement agreement signed on her behalf by her parents was binding upon her.
