Conviction for mail fraud after a scheme to defraud Medicare is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the district court erred in admitting an attorney's statement as an admission by a party; 2) the court should have allowed expert testimony regarding the complexity of Medicare regulations; and 3) the court erred in denying defendant's motion for a new trial or for a judgment of acquittal since the evidence failed to show criminal intent.
