Denial of petition for habeas corpus after a sanction from a prison disciplinary board is affirmed over petitioner's arguments that: 1) prisoners have a substantive due process right to use violence to defend others; 2) petitioner's procedural due process rights were violated when the Conduct Adjustment Board denied him access to evidence in support of his defense; 3) the CAB's written statement did not adequately set forth the reasons for its decision in accord with procedural due process; and 4) the CAB's decision and imposition of punishment was not supported by substantial evidence.
