United States Seventh Circuit

Gullone v. Bayer Corp, 06-1427

In a suit making up part of a series of lawsuits against drug manufacturers relating to the transmission of blood-borne diseases through products designed for hemophiliacs, dismissal of the United Kingdom plaintiffs on forum non conveniens grounds is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in finding that the UK would be a more appropriate forum in which to handle the claims of the UK plaintiffs.
