In a suit against an appraiser's supervisor alleging vicarious liability for the appraiser's fraud as part of a real estate scheme, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the knowledge requirement under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, as adopted by Indiana, is incompatible with vicarious liability for another person-s fraud.
