US v. Lundy, 06-2749

Denial of motion to withdraw a guilty plea to a drug conspiracy charge is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in ruling that the defense counsel had not rendered ineffective assistance and that the defendant had not provided a fair and just reason for withdrawing his plea.
