United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Andrews, 06-3343
Sentence for mail fraud is affirmed where the district court did not err in enhancing the defendant's sentence for abuse of a position of trust since defendant's licensed status as an automobile dealer and responsibility to act on behalf of his customers placed him in a position of trust which allowed him to control customer assets and conceal his actions.
