Graham v. Borgen, 04-4103

Denial of petition for habeas relief is affirmed over defendant's claim that a Wisconsin Court violated the double jeopardy clause of the Fifth Amendment by imposing consecutive sentences for felony murder and the lesser included felony of armed robbery where petitioner failed to file for relief within the applicable limitations period.
