Conviction of one defendant arising out of a fraudulent real estate deal is affirmed over the defendant's arguments that: 1) he was convicted on the basis of a single testimony that was false and the product of manipulation; 2) the government violated Brady v. Maryland, as well as his confrontation and due process rights; 3) the prosecutors misrepresented evidence, violated a trial court's order, and made improper arguments to the jury; and 4) the judge failed to instruct the jury on the elements of the offense of conspiracy to obstruct justice. The conviction of another defendant is vacated where he was charged with the wrong crime.
