Marseilles Hydro Power, Inc. v. Marseilles Land & Water Co., 05-2394

In a suit regarding repairs to a waterway that supplies water to a hydroelectric plant, a request for reversal of the portions of the district court's decision that dealt with one of the parties to a conditional settlement agreement is denied where the stated reasons for the condition in the agreement were based on a misapprehension of the rules concerning the doctrine of the law of the case and were pointless.
