Conviction and sentence for distributing at least fifty grams of crack cocaine are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction; 2) he was entitled to a missing witness jury instruction after the confidential informant failed to testify; 3) the government improperly used the confidential informant; and 4) his sentence was unreasonable based on a disparity between sentences for powder and crack cocaine.
