Barricks v. Eli Lilly & Co., 05-3771

In a suit alleging discrimination in the denial of a salary increase, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed where plaintiff did not show that defendant's stated reason for declining to give the raise was a pretext for discrimination.
