United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Duncan, 05-4678
Sentence for bank robbery and use of a firearm in a crime of violence is affirmed over defendant's contention that the application of a mandatory minimum sentence of 360 months' imprisonment for use of a machine gun in a crime of violence resulted in an unwarranted disparity between his sentence and the sentence received by his codefendant.
