Conviction and sentence for drug and weapons offenses are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the trial court improperly admitted expert testimony; 2) the district court erred in refusing to provide the jury with a mere presence instruction; 3) the prosecutor's improper remarks during closing argument warranted a new trial; 4) he should not have been classified as a career offender; 5) sentencing guidelines should not be presumptively reasonable; and 6) his sentence was unreasonable.
