Dunmire v. Schneider, 06-1254

In a suit to recover losses allegedly incurred by the negligence of a commodities broker, dismissal of the plaintiff's case is affirmed where the suit was barred by an arbitration clause contained within the user agreement between plaintiff and the brokerage.
