Summary judgment for defendant-corporation is affirmed in a suit for breach of a promissory note and a revolving line of credit where a state court determination that the amount of money that plaintiff improperly took from defendant exceeded any outstanding debts defendant owed him operated to preclude plaintiff's suit.
