Barrows v. Wiley, 06-1582

In a 42 U.S.C. 1983 suit alleging violation of due process after a university placed a vice chancellor on unpaid administrative leave, summary judgment for defendant-university is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish either a property interest or an economic harm flowing from the university's decision to delay placing plaintiff in his backup position.
