Phoenix Bond & Indem. Co. v. Bridge, 06-1160

In a RICO suit alleging a pattern of mail fraud in connection with a tax lien bidding system, dismissal of the complaint for lack of standing is reversed and remanded where plaintiffs sufficiently demonstrated injury in fact and established that their injury was proximately caused by the defendants' scheme in order to create standing under RICO.
