In a 42 U.S.C. 1983 suit against a police officer alleging violations of the Fourth Amendment and the right to society and companionship after the shooting death of an arrest subject, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the defendant had reasonable cause to believe that the suspect posed a danger of serious bodily harm, and plaintiffs did not assert their right of survivorship in the remaining Fourth Amendment claims.
