US v. Le Page, 06-1881

Conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm by a felon are affirmed where officers had reasonable suspicion to conduct a Terry stop and inspect defendant's partially-open duffel bag, and where sentence enhancements were appropriate and the sentence as a whole was not unreasonable.
