Gilles v. Blanchard, 06-1441

In a suit by an itinerant preacher alleging that a public university's solicitation policy violated the First Amendment, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the limits placed on use of the university grounds were consistent with limiting university facilities to activities that further the interests of the university community.
