United States Seventh Circuit

Moore v. Madigan, 05-1118

Denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus is vacated where the factual record was insufficiently developed to consider petitioner's claims that the deadline for filing his petition should have been tolled because of an inadequate prison library, which allegedly did not contain the relevant statute of limitations.
