United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction on charges arising out of an attempt to destroy the federal courthouse in Chicago is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the case should have been moved from the Northern District of Illinois; 2) the terrorism and counterfeiting counts should have been severed; and 3) the government should not have been allowed to play tape recordings of conversations between defendant and other participants at trial unless the government called these participants to testify.
