Mannoia v. Farrow, 06-1430

Summary judgment for defendant-detective in a suit brought by the suspect in a child abduction case alleging violation of the Fourth Amendment in the issuance of the arrest warrant for the suspect is affirmed where the plaintiff did not establish that defendant violated his Fourth Amendment rights, thus defendant was protected from plaintiff's suit through the defense of qualified immunity.
