Denial of petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where defendant was barred by procedural default from raising waived ineffective assistance of counsel claims, and the one valid ineffective assistance claim was properly denied since counsel's behavior fell within the wide range of reasonable professional assistance and did not prejudice the defendant.
