United States Seventh Circuit

Judgment in a suit alleging breach of contract and discrimination under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act is reversed and remanded where: 1) defendant failed to prove any amount of damages to offset against the debt that it owed plaintiff; and 2) plaintiff infringed no right that one of the defendants had under the Act.
