Abbott Labs. v. Takeda Pharm. Co. Ltd., 06-1835

Dismissal of a suit for breach of fiduciary duties by one co-owner of a Delaware pharmaceutical corporation against the other is affirmed where a forum selection clause in the contract between the two owners that named Japan as the appropriate venue was valid and applicable to the suit.
