United States Seventh Circuit
Camico Mut. Ins. Co. v. Citizens Bank, 06-2346
Summary judgment for accounting firm in a professional malpractice suit is affirmed where the unambiguous language of a tolling agreement between the parties tolled only the statute of limitations defenses and other defenses, not the actual statute of limitations, thus summary judgment on an untimely cross-claim was proper.
