US. v. Boyd, 06-2431

Sentence for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where the judge's enhancement for using the firearm during a felony was appropriate since firing a high-powered weapon in a city center was a reckless act that created a substantial risk of bodily injury within the meaning of the Indiana criminal code.
