Conviction and sentence for mail and wire fraud in a scheme to obtain real estate loans are affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support defendant's conviction; 2) the court's exclusion of defendant's good-faith argument relating to the repayment of the loans was proper; and 3) the district court's factual findings at sentencing, which resulted in enhancements for the defendant's role in the offense and the use of stolen identification, were not clearly erroneous.
