United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Stitman, 05-2277

Sentence for bank robbery is affirmed where: 1) it was not clear error for the sentencing judge to enhance defendant's sentence for creating the appearance that he "brandished or possessed" a dangerous weapon; 2) the court did not err in calculating defendant's criminal history; and 3) the judge understood her discretion to take the full range of the section 3553 factors into account during sentencing.
