United States Seventh Circuit

Ocampo v. US, 05-4277

Sentence for distribution of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm with the serial number removed is affirmed where the district court properly determined that the weapon was connected to the drug offense, and properly considered both defendant's past cooperation and his current unwillingness to cooperate before concluding that the past cooperation was not substantial and did not warrant a reduction.
