United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Seymour, 06-2306
Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where the district court's determination that defense counsel could not cross examine a police officer about a report he had filed in another case was not in error since the officer's truthfulness was not in question, thus the report had no probative value.
