United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Taylor, 05-3819
Conviction for growing marijuana is affirmed where the search warrant affidavit contained sufficient information to find probable cause to search, but the sentence is vacated where the jury's special finding that defendant manufactured or possessed with the intent to manufacture more than 1000 marijuana plants was based solely on inadmissible hearsay.
