Convictions for conversion of funds withdrawn from employee paychecks and making false statements relating to health care matters at two companies are affirmed over defendant's evidentiary arguments, but the sentence is reversed and remanded where the district court erred in its sentencing calculation by improperly applying the loss causation standard.
