US v. Johnson, 06-2156

Sentence for introducing a misbranded drug into interstate commerce is affirmed where the court was justified in rendering an above-guidelines sentence after finding that the defendant recklessly introduced the drug into commerce while knowing that his product had caused the deaths of consumers.
