Sentence for mail fraud and tax evasion is affirmed where: 1) defendant waived his right to have a schedule of restitution payments in his plea agreement by agreeing not to request any delay or stay in payment of financial obligations; 2) a schedule of payments constitutes a delay; and 3) the sentence order did not contradict itself.
