United States Seventh Circuit

Tolliver v. Uchtman, 05-3712

Grant of habeas corpus is reversed and the matter remanded where the state court's decision to prohibit questions concerning the state's primary witness' immigration status was not an unreasonable application of Supreme Court precedent since the information was only marginally relevant, and any error would have been harmless.
