US v. Parker, 05-3330
Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where an authorized third party's voluntarily consent to the search of defendant's house that uncovered the firearm was proper, and defendant waived his argument that the weapon did not meet the definition of a "firearm" under the statute.
