RJB Props., Inc. v. Bd. of Educ. of the City of Chicago, 06-1547

Summary judgment for board of education in a case alleging violation of due process and equal protection in the denial of janitorial services contracts is affirmed where the board had a rational reason for not awarding plaintiff the contracts, and plaintiff did not demonstrate a genuine issue of material fact with regard to whether the Board had deprived it of a liberty or property interest.
