Sentence for firearm violations is affirmed over defendant's challenge to a four-level enhancement for selling a firearm knowing that it would be used in connection with another felony possession where: 1) the district court's factual determinations were supported by the record and not clearly erroneous; and 2) while the government's decisions to prolong the investigation and make certain statements to defendant were motivated in part by the desire to increase his sentence, this was not the government's sole purpose, thus there was no sentence manipulation.
