US v. Zaccagnino, 06-1570

Sentences for racketeering, mail and wire fraud, and money laundering conspiracies are affirmed where the district court did not clearly err in adding a ten-level enhancement for laundering over $20 million after finding defendant responsible for the entire amount of investor loss.
