Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) his trial was tainted by prosecutorial misconduct, improperly admitted evidence, and improper jury instructions; and 2) the district court erroneously denied his motion for acquittal.
