Dismissal for failure to state a claim of a complaint against a hotel chain arising out of plaintiff's watersports injuries at a franchised hotel outlet in the Bahamas is affirmed where the Bahamas do not apply the doctrine of apparent authority to tort cases, and the law of the Bahamas was the applicable law under conflicts of law principles.
