United States Seventh Circuit
U.S. v. T&W Edmier Corp., 06-1237
Judgment for the US in a dispute over the amount due to a contractor for work on a reservoir is affirmed where the Contract Disputes Act does not require the US to file its own administrative claim in order to recover an overpayment that ensues from a decision by the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals that the US actually owes less than the contracting officer awarded.
