In Re: Maurice J. Salem, 05-1914

Dismissal of debtor's Chapter 13 petition and plan is affirmed where: 1) petitioner's notice of appeal was adequate; 2) conversion from a Chapter 7 petition to a Chapter 13 petition cannot occur in a district other than the one where the case is pending without a proper transfer; 3) the bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion or make any errors of law in the course of the proceedings.
