Custom Vehicles, Inc. v. Forest River, Inc., 06-2009

A motion to strike portion's of an adversary's brief is denied, and sanctions imposed, where the proper method to point out errors in an opponent's brief is to file a reply brief. Twice the length of the motion is deducted from the permissible length of the offending party's reply brief.
