United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. James, 05-1411

Conviction for possession of over 50 grams of crack and related weapons offenses is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) there was insufficient evidence to support the charge of carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime; 2) there were a number of errors in the jury instructions; and 3) the admission of certain "other bad acts" evidence unfairly prejudiced him.
