Summary judgment for defendants in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 suit brought by a former community college professor disciplined for sexual harassment after handing out anti-homosexual literature to a gay student is affirmed where: 1) the professor's speech was not related to the instruction; 2) the college was reasonable in determining that religious discussion could impede its educational mission; 3) the college's actions did not constitute a prior restraint; 4) there was no due process violation since the disciplining had no material effect; and 5) there was no equal protection violation, since another professor in a similar situation had been treated exactly the same.
