United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. Haddad, 05-3086

Conviction and restitution order in a wire fraud and money laundering case involving food stamp fraud are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the court erred in denying his request to give an entrapment instruction to the jury; 2) there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction; 3) the court's supplementary jury instruction was erroneous; and 4) the loss determination was in error.
